YOU, ONLY STRONGER

Strong body. Full life. Bring it.

HI! I’M KIM

I'm Kim—a writer, strength coach, and lifelong student of what it means to become stronger, especially when life doesn't go according to plan.

I believe we're allowed to get older without disappearing, get stronger without shrinking ourselves, change without knowing exactly what's next, and laugh at the absurdity of it all along the way.

Come move, write, reset, and gather with me.

I believe in showing up authentically, that laughter is medicine, and that learning to trust yourself is a lifelong quest.

For over 30 years, I have worked with people to build lives and bodies they love. Whether you are 18 or 85, whether you're walking into your first yoga class or picking up a barbell for the first time, rebuilding after illness or simply looking for a place to belong, my promise to you is simple: working with me will be effective, it will be worth it, and we are going to have fun along the way!

COACHING BUILT ON RESPECT

Four things that don’t change, no matter your age or goal

You show up worthy.

Fun isn’t a reward you get once the work is done.

Celebrating your capabilities, now and always.

More complicated does not equal better. Clarity first.

Coaching specific to YOU.

Good coaching changes your day-to-day life. Your WHY matters. Whatever your goal, I am here to help! Not clear on your goal? That’s ok. That will be where our work begins. Communicate better, move better, live better. It all starts with the right relationship. Let me help!

THE REAL GOAL

  • Kim's energy is contagious. Even on my worst day, she keeps me motivated and makes it fun.

ON THE BLOG

I started writing my blog, Live Laugh Loud, to share my experience recovering from breast cancer, turning 50 (or becoming half-grown, as I like to say), surviving loss and grief, and raising teenagers as a single mom. It’s meant to be fun, thoughtful, irreverent, and informative. Let me know what you think!
